Executive Council to Meet July 23-26

The Tau Beta Sigma Alumni Association Executive Council will be having its annual summer meetings in Stillwater, Oklahoma, the week of July 21, 2014.  The E.C. is meeting to review past, current, the future projects, as well as begin formal planning of the 2015 TBSAA National Convention in Lexington, Kentucky, during July 2015.  Also, this will be a chance for the E.C. to formally welcome new member Gwyn Fox Stump to the council.

The meetings are being held in conjunction with the summer meetings of the Tau Beta Sigma National Council and Board of Trustees, as well as the Wava Banes Henry Memorial Rose Garden on the grounds of the National Headquarters of Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma.  The TBSAA is a major donor of the rose garden project, having made the initial $5,000 donation to the project on behalf of the thousands of Tau Beta Sigma alumni around the world to thank Wava for her fortitude and courage in forming Tau Beta Sigma.

All TBSAA members who have ideas for the Executive Council, or topics they would like the E.C. to discuss can email tbsaa@tbsigma.org to submit their thoughts, ideas, questions, or more.

TBSAA Members Asked to Participate in Jurisdiction Vote

All TBSAA members who renewed their membership or joined up by July received an email from TBSAA Executive Council chairperson Amanda Dickson on July 1 (and repeated July 9) regarding some jurisdiction changes for the TBSAA Constitution.  Included in the email as a .pdf document with the proposed changes and a link to where members can go online to vote.

If you didn’t receive the email, check your junk mail folder to make sure it was delivered there.  If you still don’t see it, email tbsaa@tbsigma.org and we will assist you.

Thank you for your continued support of the TBSAA!
