Are you fresh out of college, entering a field where you could use someone to give you a helping hand and a listening ear? Or maybe you are established in your career and are looking to give back to your sisters, with “generosity of mind, heart, and hand,” remembering what it was like to transition from college to the real world? Then sign up for the Mentorship Program!The Mentorship Program pairs up mentors, established in their careers, with sisters who need an experienced voice as they start the next chapter in their lives. Any alumni sister can become a mentor! Sisters will be paired by career interest. Mentors and sisters being mentored will meet via phone call or chat at least once a month, and are welcome to contact each other with advice, questions, and support at any time through phone calls, e-mail, Facebook, or other social sites.
