- Step One: Scroll below and complete the membership information section powered by Google Forms. Once you get to the confirmation screen, scroll down to complete…
- Step Two: Using the PayPal button corresponding to your membership level, submit your payment using your existing PayPal account, or by entering your credit/debit card information.
Your membership is not considered complete until both the form is completed and the payment is received.
